Our healing therapy guides invite you to the forest of Ukiha, certified as a forest therapy base. Wander through the forest while learning about trees, flowers, history, and nature. The chirping of the birds, murmur of the trees, and soft carpet of fallen leaves...fill all your senses with the healing power of the forest.
The added combination of yoga will enhance the relaxing effect. The instructor will facilitate the yoga according to the participants' condition, so even beginners will feel at ease.
Through yoga with a guide and a walk in the forest, release your daily stress and have a relaxing time.

We will meet at a parking lot near Tsuzura Tanada, terraced fields. Approximately 25 minutes drive from Haki IC, Oita Expressway. Please find us wearing an orange, no-sleeve jacket.
