Discovery Point

The Discovery is a typical British-built sailboat inaugurated in 1901 and built in these Dundee shipyards in Scotland where it rests. Stirling Castle is where the Queen of Scotland was crowned; María Estuardo with only 9 months of age and known as "The gateway to the Highlands" is said who conquered this castle dominated Scotland, for this reason the English King Edward I attacked it in the 18th century, but William Wallace in the Battle of Stirling Bridge defeated him and returned to Scotland in 1297, as would years later the King of Scotland Robert the Bruce with Edward II of England, managing to maintain the sovereignty of the attacked Scotland!
