Our guests are greeted by one of our professional drivers the minute you step outside the customs arrival area. Normal travel time to Medellin is usually 1 to 1.5 hours, from the moment you are greeted by us.
Please note this price is for a one way transfer, if you require airport drop off as well please add it as an extra transfer.

- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
