Terminal 1 National and Internationals Arrivals: Leaving the safety zone in front of the Starbucks Coffee. Terminal 2 Located in the arrivals area in front of the Coffee Stand Directions: For canceled and/or rescheduled flights: Please inform Amigo Tours immediately. The service could still be provided depending on the availability of our units. However, there could be a waiting time from 45 minutes to 1 hour. If it is not possible to provide transportation service, and since these situations are outside of Amigo Tours’ control, we recommend that you approach your airline who will cover the transportation cost. For delayed flights that do not arrive on a reserved day, transportation service cannot be provided. For your departure service, call Amigo Tours to confirm the pick-up time 24 hours before the intended service time. We remind you the baggage limit is one piece of 25 kg luggage and one carry-on. If your luggage will be larger, please inform us as soon as possible
What To Expect
Don't worry by booking an arrival transfer service so that upon your arrival at the airport everything is ready to take you to your hotel in the Guadalajara area. A representative will greet you at the Guadalajara International Airport with a personalized sign with your name on it.
When you make your reservation, you will need to provide your flight and hotel details in Guadalajara. Your transfer will be confirmed instantly and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver.
When you arrive, please follow the instructions below: Once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs (for international flights) you must exit through the glass doors of the arrivals hall and proceed to the appropriate meeting point, where our representative will be waiting for you with your name signed on a placard. If you cannot be reached, please do not leave the arrivals hall and call the numbers on your voucher and we will be happy to assist you. Our service can drop you off at any of the following locations:

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
