Once you’ve selected a morning or afternoon class, meet your friendly instructor upon arrival at the cooking studio in Shanghai. Your private 2-hour lesson with a professional chef starts with an introduction to two of China’s most delectable dishes: xiaolongbao and pan-fried spring rolls.
