Overview
There is so much natural beautiful on the water in Chattanooga! Bring your friends for a relaxing (or invigorating) guided trip out on the water. As few as two and up to eight paddlers can enjoy the scenic landscapes of our area from the Chickamauga Lake or Tennessee River. Your guide is SUP yoga certified and a professional paddle instructor, and your safety is always a priority. With over 14 years of paddling experience on our waterways, the instructor's knowledge of wonderful places to experience are endless. She will customize an experience to exceed your expectations!
What's Included
- Paddleboard, paddle, life jacket, whistle, dry bag, drawstring backpack (not waterproof), sunscreen, bug spray, chums
- Wear swimwear and water shoes or flip flops. Bring an insulated water bottle.
Meeting And Pickup
Meeting point
I can meet at a location on Chickamauga Lake or the Tennessee River that is most convenient for you! I will bring the boards and all the gear.
End Point
This activity ends back at the meeting point.
What To Expect
I will bring the boards and gear! I give basic paddling instructions and cover all the safety requirements. We will paddle on a guided tour of some of the most natural beauty in our area. Most trips are 2 hours. SUP Yoga is optional.
Additional Info
- Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
- Must be able to walk, stand, and carry 25 lbs.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
