Overview
This private tour starts with a short speedboat ride through the Bay, followed by visit to the man-made Our Lady of the Rock where you will be able to learn about it’s charming history.
After visiting Our Lady of the Rock, you will head back to Kotor Old Town where you will have a guided walking tour and be able to learn everything about the town’s rich history.
After the part focused on the heritage Kotor has, the tour will continue towards the famous marketplace. There, local vendors will let us try pieces of their products, and afterward, we will sit in a local place at one of the squares where you will taste smoked ham, cheese, olive oil, locally prepared spreads and bread, and in the season from May to September you will have the opportunity to taste mussels in “buzara” sauce we are so proud of!
All of this will be followed by enjoying our famous wine and beer. While enjoying local delicacies, you will have time to chat with your local guide and learn more about Montenegro!

Our guide will meet you in front of the Sea Gate of Kotor Old Town, right next to the Tourist Info Kiosk, with a sign and your name written on it so you can easily recognise him. The Gate is just 5 minutes walking distance from Port of Kotor.

This tour starts with a scenic speedboat ride through Boka Bay, so that you can witness the work of Nature and fusion of pristine sea and mountains, before we reach Our Lady of the Rock Island.

Our Lady of the Rocks
Our Lady of the Rock is a man-made island. For centuries, locals were throwing rocks in the water and sinking old ships to build the base for an amazing church that still stands there. That is just one part of the story, the other part is the story of the votive gifts that people were leaving for Our Lady of the Rocks after their prayers were heard! The doors of the church are still open, not only for those who arrive to offer one more gift, but for everyone willing to learn and admire this outstanding place!

Kotor Old City
After scenic speedboat ride back to Kotor, you will have a guided tour of Kotor Old Town where you will learn everything about our hometown rich history and tradition. Explore the streets of Kotor and its squares, admire the beauty of monuments, such as: St. Tryphon Cathedral, St. Nicolas Church and learn about the importance of this charming thousand years old town hidden at the very end of the bay. Get acquainted with everyday life of the people in Kotor and prepare for frequent Ciao! and the smiles of the locals greeting you.

Kotor Farmers Market
Your local guide will take you through the most vivid part of the Old Town where all the local vendors bring their homemade fresh products and you will be able to see how an ordinary day for the Kotor locals looks like. You will enjoy in the colors of flowers, captivating scent of fruits and vegetables, and listen to the murmur of the farmers inviting you to try the products they are so proud of! For a moment, Farmers Market will take you on a voyage through the spirit of the Mediterranean culture in this town! Passing the stands, you will taste local prosciutto, cheese, Montenegrin olives and local brandy - rakija, which will be a lovely introduction to the rest of delicacies included in this tour.

St. Tryphon Cathedral
After the Farmers market, in a local restaurant you will have a chance to taste the best of Montenegrin delicacies, such as selection of homemade sauces and locally produced olive oil accompanied with tasteful local wine or beer. While enjoying the signature dish of local cuisine, mussels in buzara sauce, you will have time to chat with your guide, ask him all you want to know about our culture, way of living, everyday's life etc., enjoy the Mediterranean atmosphere and learn more about Kotor and entire Montenegro!
