Join me for a private photoshoot experience in Oslo, combining breathtaking fjord views and tranquil lakeside serenity.
We’ll start our journey from the metro station and hike up to a stunning viewpoint, capturing the beauty of the Oslofjord, Holmenkollen, and the city center. After a 30-minute photoshoot at Vettakollen, we’ll continue to Sognsvann Lake for more picturesque moments. End the tour with a metro ride back to Jernbanetorget.

What To Expect
Oslo Visitor Centre
Our starting point is here at the Oslo Visitor Centre. We then take the metro to Vettakollen - a 20 min ride with beautiful scenic views.

Vettakollen Viewpoint
From the metro station, we'll make our way to the hiking trail and up to the viewpoint. It is a steep hike and we can take our time heading up. The hike is about 1.2 km. From the summit, hikers can enjoy breathtaking vistas of large parts of Oslo, the Oslofjord with its serene coastline, and numerous small islands dotting the water. The viewpoint is particularly known for its unobstructed views of Holmenkollen, the city center, and the fjord. We'll stay at Vettakollen viewpoint for about 30 minutes for a dedicated photoshoot session, capturing stunning images in this scenic location.

Sognsvann Lake
Sognsvann is a picturesque lake renowned for its serene natural beauty and tranquil atmosphere. This local favorite offers a refreshing retreat from the city's hustle and bustle, making it an ideal spot for swimming, bathing, and leisurely strolls along its scenic shores. Surrounded by lush forests and rolling hills, Sognsvann provides the perfect backdrop for relaxation and outdoor activities, cherished by both residents and visitors alike. For those feeling adventurous, I highly recommend taking a quick dip in the refreshing waters of Sognsvann—just remember to bring your bathing gear and a towel! Some of my best photos capture the joy and tranquility of swimming in this beautiful lake. We'll spend about 30 minutes enjoying additional photo opportunities by the tranquil lakeside.

Tiger Sculpture
We'll take a 30 minute metro ride back to the Oslo city center and end our tour at the famous Tiger Sculpture.

- This tour takes about 3 hours including public transportation. The hiking/walking distance is 5 km.
- Weather can be unstable. Recommend wearing layers and bring a rain coat.
- Steep hike up and down for Vettakollen view point.
- For those with a small child, highly recommend to have them in child carrier backpack.
- Not recommended for travelers with knee problems.
