Join us for a hands-on pasta making class, where you'll learn the art of crafting pasta from scratch using time-honored techniques. Located only 15 minutes from Pisa City Center, your class will take place in a traditional Italia house situated on a farm and olive grove.

Our chef will demonstrate how to make pasta dough from scratch.
Roll up your sleeves and get hands-on experience kneading and shaping the dough!
Personalised guidance and assistance to ensure perfect pasta every time.
Tour of the Farm
While we let the dough rest, take a stroll through our picturesque olive farm and gardens.
Pick fresh herbs, vegetables, and other ingredients from our garden to use in your pasta sauce (seasonal)
Cooking and Tasting
Gather around the table while the pasta cooks.
Enjoy the pasta you've made, accompanied by the sauce of the day, local wine and other Tuscan delicacies.
Last of all, a sweet treat. Enjoy a local desert!
Farewell
Don't forget to take home your recipe cards and tips to recreate the pasta dishes at home!
We will drop off your group back at your Hotel/Accommodation or pick up point in Pisa or Lucca.
