Meeting And Pickup
Meeting point
State of Yoga is a small yoga studio. We will meet at the ground level. If the studio is occupied during the time of your reservation, we will send our alternate meeting point.
End Point
This activity ends back at the meeting point.
What To Expect
The participant will lie down in a comfortable, quiet place. Music will be played and contains different types of genres. The facilitator will touch on energetic points on the body so that energy is released from the participant's body.
