Please advise Pick-up & Drop-off location, Flight details and any specific requirements ie. child seats. Please adhere to our maximum luggage allowance for your safety. For Airport Arrivals: Please contact your Chauffeur once you have reached customs. Once you come out of customs, please turn left towards the café. Our Chauffeur will have a name board sign, with your name displayed. Our Chauffeurs can assist with your luggage and accompany you to your luxury vehicle.
What To Expect
Our chauffeurs will pick you up from your requested location in your own private luxury vehicle and drop you off to your requested location.
Please provide flight details to enable our chauffeurs to accurately track your flight in order to provide the most time-efficient service as possible.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
