Razzoli and Santa Maria, They are almost joined by the Passo degli Asinelli. The island of Razzoli is the most exposed to the north and is striking for the majesty of its cliffs and for the shapes of its rocks, similar to Moore's sculptures. The lighthouse that dominates the Bocche di Bonifacio is imposing and evocative. In Santa Maria there is an ancient convent where in the Middle Ages the Benedictine friars, fleeing from Bonifacio, found refuge. The beautiful beach, Cala S. Maria, one of the largest in the archipelago. In the peace of S. Maria the screenwriter Franco Solinas, one of the most prestigious authors of world cinema, has written many pages of the most important films of "engaged" Italian cinema. In the suggestion of these places rests Gian Maria Volontè who sails alone among the islands and in the impetuous wind of the Archipelago. Port Madonna This is how the emerald sea lagoon enclosed between the islands of Budelli, Razzoli and S. Maria is called. It is undoubtedly the most evocative place in the Park.

We will take photos in front of one of the most enchanting and protected beaches in the world: the famous Pink Beach, one of the most spectacular natural phenomena. Spiaggia Rosa is part of the Maddalena Geomarine National Park, an area of inestimable naturalistic interest. It is subject to special protection, which is why it is not possible to walk on the beach or swim on its shore. The island, located just north of Spargi, is famous for its legendary pink beach. The coral-colored beach, the chromatic intensity of the colors of the sea and the shapes of the granites that surround the cove constitute a unique spectacle in the world. A natural monument to be observed in religious silence. The pink beach of Budelli - immortalized by the director Michelangelo Antonioni with a very long sequence in the film "Red Desert", is located south-east of the island of Budelli in the La Maddalena Archipelago and is so defined because of its characteristic pink color coral.
