Triades Beach

Triades, which translates as "three," refers to three fine grain yellow sandy beaches with crystal clear shallow blue waters. The road to Triades is difficult, with humps, potholes, and scattered rocks. Most car rental companies will even refuse to let you go to Milos' west coast, which is why these beaches are so remote and best accessed by boat.

Agios Ioannis Beach Milos: Located on the western side of Milos, the bay of Agios Ioannis is a nice, secluded beach to enjoy total isolation. There are no tourist facilities on this beach, which is accessible through a track road or by boat.The nature around the bay has some short vegetation and low cliffs. The water is clean. A monastery is located on a hill above the beach, dedicated to Saint John.

Sikia Beach

Sikia is one of the most beautiful sea caves on Milos. Sikia Cave was once completely covered, but at some point in the past, the roof collapsed. The end result is a stunning cave with an open top showing the blue Aegean sky. Inside the cave you will find a small beach. Swimming is permitted inside the cave, but keep in mind that the water is extremely cold due to the limited light and deep waters. It is located in the southwest corner of the island and is only accessible by boat.

Kleftiko is well-known for its crystal clear turquoise water and vivid white rock formations and caves. Kleftiko, which translates roughly as “The Bandits’ Lair,” was an old pirate haven that is now one of Milos’ most popular tourist attractions.

Pollonia Village Milos: Located on the northeastern part of the island, Pollonia is the second biggest settlement in Milos. It is a charming fishing village with a small harbor and it has been built around an inlet. Despite its picturesque atmosphere and traditional character, the fishing village is not only well-developed, but it is in fact considered an important tourist resort. Full of whitewashed houses along the coastline, Pollonia preserves its authentic style of Cycladic architecture and it is known as one of the most beautiful seaside villages in Milos.
