Meet your host at your hotel and then drive together to their local market in Lissasfa. This is a guided market tour, with your licensed host and guide, Mohamed. After you buy a few ingredients at the market, walk back to their home for your Moroccan cooking class, before you sit down with the family to share a traditional Moroccan home-cooked meal! Join Fouzia in her small kitchen for a cooking class, that is a mix of a demonstration and a hands-on experience. In 1.5 hours you will learn to make chicken and lamb tagine. All the prep work will be done in the living room, and then you will move to the kitchen where you will watch as Fouzia cooks a traditional Moroccan meal.
