HOTEL - AIRPORT DEPARTURES: - Your exact pickup time will be confirmed one day before your flight departure, your driver will arrive at the hotel lobby and/or lobby. - To validate your transfer, our staff will ask for your digital reservation confirmation or identification. -IMPORTANT: please be ready and waiting in the lobby and/or lobby of your hotel, drivers can only wait a maximum of 10 minutes after the pickup time confirmed to you, once this waiting time period has passed The unit is authorized to be removed leaving a record of NO SHOW, without you being able to request a refund.

First Arrival at the AIRPORT - HOTEL:
- Once you have collected your luggage, you must go to the exit door or the platform area of the terminal.
- You will be able to identify our Welcome staff or driver because they show a sign of the traveler's name.
- To validate your transfer, our staff will ask for your digital reservation confirmation or identification. If for any reason you have trouble locating our Welcome staff or your designated driver, please contact us at any of the following meeting points located in the arrival terminals of the airport that corresponds to your flight.
- Terminal 2 National Arrivals "Welcome Bar".
- Terminal 2 International Arrivals "Welcome Bar".
- Terminal 3 in "Margaritaville Bar".
- Terminal 4 in "Welcome Bar".
About return transportation:
- Your exact pick-up time can be coordinated and will be confirmed one day before the departure of your flight, with your driver you will arrive at the hotel lobby and/or lobby.
- To validate your transfer, our staff will ask for your digital reservation confirmation or identification. And finally, the driver thanks the clients for preferring our services.
