Discover West Jeju Island with a professional private taxi driver. Your driver is well-experienced and knowledgeable about Jeju Island. However, the driver speaks Korean and may speak simple English phrases. It may be frustrating because you cannot communicate with the driver freely, but it wouldn’t be a big problem as a translator application like google or Papago can be used. West Jeju is characterized by its lush countryside, agricultural landscapes, and coastal beauty. You will visit a picturesque beach, Suwolbong Peak, Yongmeori Beach and O’sullock Tea Museum. Also you will enjoy watching a spectacular horse-riding show at The Ma Park.

- Pickup at your hotel(main gate or nearby), or an agreed meeting point in downtown Jeju City - Pickup outside of downtown Jeju City(meaning outside a 5 km redius of Jeju International Airport) is possible. But an additional charge of 30,000 krw(regular taxi)~40,000 krw(jumbo taxi) is payable to your driver.

【Hallim Park】 is one of the most popular tourist spots on Jeju Island. It faces the pleasant scenery of Biyangdo Island, Hyeopjae Beach and Geumneung Beach. The park, reaching almost 100 thousand square meters, has a variety of gardens that can be enjoyed in any season. Visitors can enjoy checking out Palm Tree Road, Jeju Stone and Bonsai Garden, Water Garden, Subtropical Botanic Garden and much more.

The Ma Park
【The Ma(Chinese character for horse) Park】 is a horse-themed park where you can enjoy a spectacular world-class horse show. The title of the show, that is currently being performed, is “1000-year Empire, Goguryeo!” It features about 60 professional male and female riders providing a truly spectacular display of equestrian mastery. All the performers are from Mongolia, a land known for its horsemanship. The park also provides horseback riding and go-karting. *You can choose between Hallim Park and The Ma Park Horse Show*

【Suwolbong peak] is a part of the tuff ring which was formed due to hydro Volcanic explosion caused by molten lava coming in contact with water. One can see the tuff formation layer by layer formed continuously throughout the cliff. It is a small oreum(Jeju languate for volcanic cone), rising 77 meters above sea level and the ocean-facing natural formation is surrounded by steches of green fields. On a clear day visitors can enjoy views of Chagwido, an island known to be the most beautiful in Jeju as well as Songaksan Mountain.

Yongmeori Beach
【Yongmeori Beach], also known as Dragon Head Coast, is a stunning natural attraction the southwestern region. It is famous for its unique rock formations, cliffs, and coastal scenery that resemble the head of a dragon plunging into the sea. Visitors to Yongmeori Coast can enjoy breathtaking views of the rugged coastline, turquoise waters, and volcanic rock formations that have been shaped by the forces of nature over time. The area is popular for hiking, photography, and exploring the coastal landscape.

Sanbangsan Mountain
【Sanbangsan Mountain] is the result of violent volcanic activity some 700,000 to 800,000 years ago and is in fact a huge body of lava. The cliffs on the southern side of the lava dome are marked with a rich variety of curious formations such as weathering pits and talus scree slopes, some of which are as high as 200 meters. As its name ‘sanbang’ – literally meaning ‘a cave inside a mountain’ – suggests, this mountain contains a cave, which is located about 150 meters above sea level and has a spectacular view out over the ocean.

O’sulloc Tea Museum
【O’sullock Tea Museum】 is a popular tourist spot. There are lush green tea fields where visitors can take leisurely walks and enjoy the serene natural beauty of the countryside. The tea plantations provide a picturesque backdrop for learning about the cultivation and harvesting of tea leaves. The museum includes two cafes where visitors can enjoy a wide range of teas, beverages, desserts, and snacks. A tea shop is also available on-site, allowing visitors to purchase various teas and tea-related products to take home as souvenirs. Visitors can find Innisfree Jeju House which is one of Korea’s most popular skincare brands.
