Perast
Perast, a sleepy Baroque town located not far from Kotor. The most beautiful buildings of this small town were built in the period from XVII - XVIII centuries. At that time, the marinas and captains built magnificent villas, which still captivate with their beauty. Perast is a quiet and peaceful city. It abounds in sacral monuments: the church of Sv. Nicholas, built between the 15th and 17th centuries, the Parish Church (1740), an island in front of Perast on which is the church of Sv. St. George (XII), Our Lady of Skrpjel (1630), a baroque church built on the artificial island.
