- Child seats available on request. The extra cost of €5 has to be paid cash to the driver
- In the event that a day time flight is delayed, and the new arrival time implies a night time service (from 9pm to 7am), you will have to pay a supplement of € 30 to the driver

- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
