What To Expect
1. Once the reservation is confirmed, we will send you the information about the place to meet the driver through e-mail.
2. We are sending you the driver's vehicle information and contact information at 21:00 KST one day before the pickup.
3. If you arrive at the airport and contact the driver on the 2nd floor of Gate 3, the driver will arrive.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
