What To Expect
Airport representatives will be waiting in the paging area with a sign with your name. The paging area is on the Exit Gate at the International Arrival Hall, after the Baggage Collection Area and Customs Check Point.
Additional Note :It is best to look for your airport representative at the Exit Gate at paging area (Gate 01)

One suitcase and one carry-on bag allowed per passenger. This transfer is not wheelchair accessible. Depending upon availability, the vehicle provided for the service may not be exactly as depicted in the photo.

- If you cannot be reached after the waiting time, it will be considered a 'no show'. The driver will leave and no refund will be issued
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals.
- For airport pick up, please look for a staff holding a sign when you exit from International Arrivals Gate and wait about 15-20 minutes. The staff will be waiting opposite TRUE shop (next to the information center)
- Additional surcharges will apply your hotel is outside of city limits, to be paid in cash directly to the driver. Operator will reconfirm the surcharge amount in advance

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
