This is a private transfer service. Your driver can pick you up from your hotel or airport.
What To Expect
When booking your airport transfer service, kindly confirm the pick up and drop off location in the comment field.
Your driver can pick you up from Geneva Airport and drop you off at your hotel or vice versa.
Once you provide us with your flight number, your driver will monitor your flight and adjust your transfer accordingly.
AIRPORT PICK UP SERVICE:
Upon arrival of your flight, your driver will meet and greet you at the Geneva Airport Arrival Hall, and more specifically in front of the Information Desk which is located just 20 metres further down. He will be easily recognisable, as he will wear a black cap and carry a tablet with your first and last name on it. Your driver will then escort you to the car park, within one minute walking distance. Kindly be advised that your driver will assist you in carrying any luggage and lifting them onto the car. Your driver will also make sure that you have a comfortable drive. This can be any location within or around Geneva.
HOTEL PICK UP SERVICE:
If you have chosen our hotel pick up service, your driver will meet you at the hotel lobby and assist you in carrying your luggage into the car. At the airport, your driver will drop you off at Kiss & Fly and will help you with unloading your luggage from the car.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
