Our units are modern, clean and are selected according to the number of passengers. Each vehicle is insured and meets all regulatory requirements. We have updated operating permits, a comprehensive insurance policy, and are certified by the Costa Rican Tourism Institute (ICT).
The private transportation service begins with the reservation, in which we agree on the date, time, place of departure and destination. In this case, it is a private transfer for your group from Arenal to Andaz Papagayo. Our drivers are experienced and friendly.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
