"When booking your transportation from Liberia Airport to Manuel Antonio, you must provide the airline and arrival flight number. Our representative will have all the details of your trip and will receive you at the Liberia Airport with a sign that will bear the name of the group representative or the traveler. If your flight is modified or cancelled, it is important that you inform us of the new arrival time. In the event that the aircraft changes its arrival date and time, it is your responsibility to inform us of this updated information, including the flight number and arrival time. If you provide your flight number when booking your airport transportation, our Meet & Greet service will allow you to track your flight and adjust your pickup time if necessary. Additionally, after your flight lands, our driver will wait 60 minutes to ensure you have enough time to clear security, collect your luggage, and head to the arrivals area to meet your driver.

What To Expect

The private transportation service begins with the reservation in which the date, time, place of departure and destination are agreed. In this case, it is a private transfer for a group leaving Liberia Airport to Manuel Antonio in a modern vehicle fleet, equipped with air conditioning and space for luggage.

On the day of the trip, the driver will be at the airport with a sign with the group's name.

If the flight is delayed, the shuttle will keep track of all flights and will be waiting for the group regardless of arrival time. The drivers are experienced and friendly.

Regarding departure and return information, the traveler is picked up at the Liberia airport and taken to the destination hotel. For the return, the group is picked up at the hotel and taken to the Liberia airport 7 hours before the scheduled flight time.
