Overview
Photograph & discover the History of Edinburgh's beautiful Dean Village with local guide, David Wheater, your own private photography & tour guide. All smartphones & camera types welcome. Coffee break & David's free, 100 page city guide is included.
Over 3hrs, you'll photograph the highlights of the Dean Village with David, who has lived in the city for 50 years. David'll also show some hidden gems, often missed. A must-see, the Dean Village is a picturesque architectural gem, nestled in the tranquil Dean valley. A former mill village, it's now an absolute delight for photographers, with some of the prettiest architecture in Edinburgh. It's a really beautiful walk and an absolute must. We'll also visit Circus Lane in Stockbridge, which is one of the prettiest and loveliest streets in the city.
Suitable for beginners & enthusiast photographers. David is insured and an experienced photographer, 3 x 'Commended' in the Scottish Landscape Photographer of the Year Competition.

Meeting And Pickup
Meeting point
The meeting point is outside the entrance to Johnnie Walker, 145 Princes Street (EH2 4BL). I will be wearing a blue cap and have a grey rucksack. Please phone me if you have any problems finding me or are running late.
