Meeting And Pickup
Meeting point
For this Progreso Shore Excursion, you will meet across the Street from the ¨Faro¨(the Progreso Lighthouse) at the Progreso Municipal Market. Please take the free shuttle bus from your cruise terminal. There are 2 stops - the Handicraft Shops on the 80th and the Auto Progreso bus terminal. If you get off at the handicraft shops on the 80th you will walk left on the 80th past the Dominos Pizza ½ block, cross 25th St. and ½ block ahead on the left side of the street is the booth of ¨Shore Excursions Mexico, the staff will meet you there and get you on your transportation to your excursion. THE ONLY people authorized to receive guest and guarantee service is Aaron Chi, Jose Arenas, Cristobal Figueroa, Reyna Chan, and Manuel Cabrero Please be aware that other companies will try to trick you saying they are Shore Excursions Mexico staff. Please ask for ID. If you get off at the Auto Progreso bus stop on the 27th St. between 80th and 82nd please walk left on 27th St. ½ block and turn left on 80th you will see the Shore Excursions Mexico Booth on the right. The meeting point is only 5-minute walk from either bus stop. Other operators may tell you they are Silcer Beach or that Silcer is closed. Other meeting information: FOR GUEST STAYING AT PROGRESO HOTELS ONLY: For this Progreso Excursion, you will meet outside your Hotel's lobby, 15 minutes prior to excursion departure. Please look for the "Shore Excursions Mexico" representative

Malecon de Progreso
Before setting off on the scooters you’ll receive a briefing and a safety helmet. To start you’ll have about 15 to 20 minutes at 2 popular beaches in Progreso on the Malecon (pie ). Here you can take some excellent photos of the beach and shop for hand made handcrafts

You’ll stop in the main square for a chance to see the interesting architecture and buildings. like old hounted houses, city hall, and visit the near by hand crafts markets
