What To Expect
A Vinyasa yoga session typically includes a variety of standing, seated, and supine poses, twists, balancing postures, forward folds, inversions, backbends, and targeted core strengthening, among other things. Guided meditation, chanting, and breath work are all available in Vinyasa Yoga classes.
Vinyasa yoga can be practiced at any level, tempo, or temperature based on individual preferences. Yogis can expect to experience increased flexibility, strength, stability, and overall calmness and clarity.
A trained yoga instructor will guide you through your asanas and breathwork during the practice. You can choose to share your queries or interact with the instructor post your session over detox water or green tea.
