- Prior to departure, you'll receive a detailed briefing on navigating the boat safely and efficiently, ensuring a seamless journey across the city’s scenic routes. Please, arrive for a briefing 10 mins before the cruise starts.
- We accept the deposit in cash or by a block on your bank card.
- Make sure you wear appropirate clothes according to current weather.
- Make sure your phone is charged as we need to stay in touch.
- You may bring your own food and drinks with no charge from us.

- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time

- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
