What To Expect
Check in 40 minutes prior to departure at the Richmond Harbour Air terminal, and take in the organized commotion of the busy working harbour before boarding a classic de Havilland seaplane that holds up to 14 passengers.
After 50 minutes in the air, your pilot makes a quick landing in Whistler's glacial fed Green Lake, next to the Whistler and Blackcomb Resort.
Hop aboard a complimentary shuttle bus that whisks you to your destination in Whistler Village, drop off your luggage, and enjoy exploring the village. Enjoy your stay, and don’t forget to book your return flight!

- Suitable for all physical fitness levels
- All passengers 18 years and above must present either one piece of valid government issued photo identification, or two pieces of government-issued identification without a photograph
- Passengers must arrive at the terminal at least 40 minutes before the scheduled departure time, and be fully checked-in 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
- Passengers not checked-in before the check-in cutoff times will not be able to board their scheduled flight and will not be refunded their fare.
- Baggage allowance: 20 lbs. Guaranteed. Additional standby baggage is space available with a charge. Baggage weight allowance includes all baggage, including purses.
- The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
- All passengers travelling must be ambulatory in order to fly. A mobility assistance device, such as a wheelchair or cane, may be used by a passenger to get from the terminal to the aircraft, however, passengers must have the ability to walk on and off the aircraft with minimal or no assistance.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
