We will contact you with to remind you the pick up time a day before your transfer to the airport. Driver will meet you at the hotel lobby. the maximum waiting time is 15min after the booking time.
What To Expect
We'll contact you via text message a day prior your arrival to Cancun Airport, Instructions will be detailed on the message and you will be asked to reply to confirm.
Upon arrival, we'll be texting you to greet you and follow up with instructions until you meet your driver and board the vehicle. Please, have your phone turned on.
Driver will let you know your pick up time for your return to the airport and confirm the date, time and flight with you.
A day before of your return transfer we'll be contacting you to remind your pick-up time for the following day. Again, you will be asked to reply as confirmed.
On return pick-up, your driver will be waiting at the lobby or pick-up area according to your hotel pick-up policies. Driver has a maximum waiting time of 15min after the pick-up time passed. If you fail to reply or contact us we'll leave a missed transfer notification with the bellboy or reception desk.
