What To Expect
1-day prior reservation you will receive by text message your driver's name and phone number.
Driver will contact you at your arrival and will meet you inside Baggage Claim with a sign with the name on reservation.
We'll always do our best to meet you at your time arrival.
Since we do not have any control on flight arrivals (with delay or at earlier times), if this happens to your flight or the flight prior yours, you can expect a delay of no more than 30 minutes. The office will always be in contact with you to keep you updated on your driver's status.
This is a Roundtrip Service. Please kindly provide for your arrival: Airline, flight # and time arrival, and for your departure the pickup time.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
