We will wait on our guests 10-15 minutes as the Cruise Port is currently undergoing renovations. We will have a sign with your family name on it to help you better identify us. We will wait for you at the exit gate of the port. Our phone will also be on. Please specify when booking or email us if this is a hotel pick up

- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
