Overview
In addition to enjoying the splendor of some 4000 cherry blossom trees in Takada Castle Site Park, visitors will be able to visit Takada Castle Three-story Tower which was reconstructed in 1993. The views of Mt.Myoko and the surrounding mountains from the tower and the history museum are astonishing. In addition to the cherry blossoms you can also enjoy a variety of local Japanese food, desserts and sake and other treats. Don’t miss this unique chance to experience this 400-year old castle town with an experienced, English-speaking guide.

What To Expect
Takada Park
After cycling to Takada Castle Site park, we'll enjoy viewing the cherry blossoms and enjoy some `Festival Food` for about an hour. We'll then cycle along Aota River and take a short break at Takada komachi. After that, we'll stop by Taga Tea Roasting house for Japanese tea and traditional sweets, an then ride back to the station. On days when it rains heavily, we'll take the train and walk this course at a brisk pace.
