Mamma Corleone was born in the historic centre of Palermo, just a few steps from the Cathedral, in a characteristic alleyway of the 17th century, which represents the city in its traditions and culture.
Mamma Corleone is a family business which mission is to share with other cooking lovers their passion and knowledge about Sicilian food and taste. To enhance this value, a real Sicilian Mamma drives Mamma Corleone's kitchen, in the heart of the old town, very close to the Cathedral of Palermo.

Step by step and together with our Sicilian 'mamma' you will be accompanied in the preparation of extraordinary dishes with special flavours specific to our region, learning all the secrets of our tradition.
At Mamma Corleone you will have a real cooking experience with a real Sicilian mamma who will accompany you in the preparation of the courses of the menu of your choice.
With her you will be able to satisfy any doubts or curiosity about the recipes of the dishes that characterise the culinary tradition of this island.
At the end of the cooking class you will be able to taste the dishes you have prepared, accompanied by wine from the Sicilian lands and the satisfaction of having learnt how to cook authentic dishes, with 0 km ingredients and made with love by you!
