What To Expect
Cooking Class
This is a hands-on leisure cooking class
Below is our typical menu, during which guests prepare a four-course meal, step by step, following the chef, with your own hands. Including fresh pasta and one sidedish. So seven preparations in all
We always need to know if any guests have food allergies. And we are able to meet the needs of vegetarians, vegans, celiacs, and lactose-free
The cost of the course includes, an aperitif with three dishes prepared by us and accompanied by a good Sicilian sparkling wine and then the meal, with Sicilian wine (white and red), where everyone can enjoy everything they have prepared
Typical Sicilian cordiality takes for granted that during the day, water, juice, coffee and everything we can, is available to guests
During the course, with the consent of the guests, we will take photos which will be sent, after a few days, along with our cookbook (pdf file)
