What To Expect
Pick-up Location: New Chitose Airport or Tomamu
Drop-off Location: Tomamu or New Chitose Airport
The rate is a one-way private transfer. Guest can request to be picked up at New Chitose Airport and dropped off in Tomamu, or to be picked up from Tomamu and transfer to New Chitose Airport.
Maximum passengers: 15 passengers with luggage
Child seat and Infant seat are available for free of charge (Pre-booking is required).

Please be noted that the vehicle type is not guaranteed, vehicle we use shall depend on the number of booked passengers and can range from small type vans to coaches.

- Infant and child seats are available on request if advised at time of booking
- Guests on wheelchairs/strollers need to get off them before boarding. Wheelchairs and strollers can be loaded onto the vehicle.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
