Meijiya Shoyu was founded in the 8th year of the Meiji era (1875), and its family recipe has been preserved and passed down for generations. It offers an experience tour which you can strain and make your own bottle of soy sauce after a tour of factory.

You can try the soy sauce straining to make your own soy sauce. A simplified reproduction of the soy sauce making process enables you to deepen your knowledge about Japanese cuisine and Japanese culture. You can take your own bottle of strained and heat-treated soy sauce home with you at a room temperature as a souvenir.
●Soy sauce tasting
Dip the Tofu into different types of soy sauce, taste and compare their differences.

A bottle (100ml) of heated-treated soy sauce and a Japanese traditional hand towel.
