Fantastic hands-on cooking class
This was absolutely the best hands-on cooking experience we've ever had. We've done cooking classes before but this experience was unique in that we started in the market - looking at and purchasing the fresh produce and fish that we were going to prepare (based on a conversation about food preferences and allergies with the Chef.) Then at the very well equipped and modern cooking school, we did the work with guidance and clear instructions. We cleaned and prepared grilled vegetables, fish carpaccio, risotto, fresh bread, baked sea bass and a creme caramel for dessert. This was not only a fun, family experience but it was delicious!”

Since this is private cooking class just for two, we can arrange pickup at preferred time at any of locations in the Split city centre.
What To Expect
Visiting green and fish market, enjoying city centre walk with Chef, buying fish and vegetables, welcome buffet, grappa tasting, olive oil tasting, cooking class with famous Chef, lunch with outstanding wines, certificates.
