Srimangal is about 200km away from Dhaka, the epicenter of tea-growing culture and should be included in every traveler’s itinerary during a visit to Bangladesh. Pick up from the hotel at 05.20 mornings, transfer to Dhaka Railway Station. Depart for Srimangal at 6.20 AM on Parabat Express. Arrive at Srimangal around 11.00 AM We will check-in hotel and take refreshment. After lunch, go for a rewarding wildlife trekking through the Lawachara National Park. We’ll take the 03 hours trail for the maximum opportunity to see wildlife, especially the Hollock Gibbons, for which this forest is famous. Come back to the hotel and take our dinar. Overnight at Srimangal Tea Heaven Resort or Equivalent Hotel that are available.

We walk through the trails inside tea gardens, and visit some pineapple gardens and lemon orchards. Also show you the tea deposit activities in a tea garden before sunset (if available) when female workers gather to deposit their tea leaves which they collected during the whole day, which is photogenic. Visit a colony of tea workers if time permits.

Baikka Beel is a wetland located in the district of Moulvibazar in northeastern Bangladesh. It is a large depression, covering an area of about 3,190 hectares (7,881 acres), and is fed by several small streams. During the rainy season, Baikka Beel expands to a large water body, while in the dry season, it becomes a grassland. Baikka Beel is an important habitat for a variety of waterbirds, including several endangered species such as the Baikal teal, lesser adjutant, and white-winged duck. It is also home to several species of fish, amphibians, and reptiles. The wetland is an important source of livelihood for the local communities, who rely on fishing, agriculture, and livestock rearing. Later check out from the hotel, and transfer to the railway station. Depart for Dhaka at 05.58 PM on Parabat Express. Arrive in Dhaka around 11.30 PM and transfer to the hotel.
