In Sharing her considerable knowledge of the East Coast Trail and the many lesser-known coastal trails, you will learn about foraging, the historical connection between farming and harvesting on both land and sea, and local lore of the communities all around the Killick Coast.

What To Expect
Top-rated local guide will lead you on a hiking tour along the spectacular coastline of the Killick Coast on the edge of the world - and just outside of St. John's. Tourists will be met with geological rock formations, rugged cliff edges, and untouched beaches. A breathtaking trail to take in birds, eagles, and, if the timing's right, passing icebergs and whales in the summer. Our guide plans for a moderate hike to accommodate tourists in the later stages of life. Breakfast is included before the hike at a homestyle restaurant where love is the main ingredient featuring some of Newfoundland’s staples such as fish cakes, baked beans, and toutons. From the hike, we will take a drive to enjoy a scenic and historical town settled in the 1600’s named Pouch Cove. The hike will takes you not just to the edge of the world, but back in time too!
