What To Expect
This class is a complete introduction to the 4-hour Stand Up Paddle Board. The goal is to provide the necessary techniques to paddle safely on a stand up paddle board and, if you wish, to advance to the wave level. The whole class is conducted in calm, flat waters, always depending on weather conditions. It is very important for students to start in relaxed conditions, focusing on the most important elements such as the board, paddle and paddle. Value includes all material. (board, paddle, leash and wetsuit)
