Your experience will be personal and welcoming. Sun Valley Plantation has a non-touristy feel. It has a calm natural energy. The guides are family. You experience love and caring. You experience the joy of the owners to share their unique place. Sun Valley was a banana plantation of 60 acres in the 1960s. Yet the bananas were destroyed in a hurricane in the 1980s and it is open to the public since 1993. It is know for the humming birds that you meet there, each of them with their own name. You will learn fascinating facts about the healing power of plants, for example that natural Cinnemon Leave Tea will reduce Diabetics dramatically and many more stories and Jamaican traditions. Enjoy the deep insight you get into Jamaican nature and culture presented in the most charming way.
