As the sun rises over the water, we will be mindful of our environment, at peace and in awe of the natural beauty that surrounds us. Watching the sunrise is a truly special moment and when combined with a 6km hike, yoga, mindfulness and a delicious morning tea you have yourself the perfect experience to balance the body, mind and spirit.
