This a very special opportunity to be part of our community of Joyful Minds and experience the art of meditation. Bring your own bottle of water, a towel or your own yoga matt. During our Sunset Meditation that starts at 5pm you will experience a silent walk to Cable Beach. You will have the opportunity to practice Mindfulness bringing your awareness to the present moment. We will guide you through an unforgettable meditation sunset with breathing exercises and self regulation tools that you can use in your daily life. It's always essential to find time to ourselves and feel the beautiful flow of life. It's your time to make it shine and be your best.
