Teacher Shinichi Kono has been a sushi chef for over 30 years.
The teacher will carefully instruct you in every step of the process, including how to prepare the rice and fish, and how to hold them.
Guests will be able to experience Japanese tradition.
The sushi restaurant where this class will be held, tools such as knives, and ingredients used in sushi. Everything is of high quality and guests will have an experience like no other.

This activity allows you to experience authentic sushi making.
The teacher is a sushi chef with over 30 years of experience.
You will be able to feel the Japanese tradition in a calm and Japanese space.
In addition to sushi, guests can also learn how to make tamagoyaki, a staple of Japanese cuisine. Beginners are also welcome, as the chef will carefully instruct each person one by one.
