Do NOT book with this company. They canceled on me 30 minutes after the meeting time. I had confirmed 2 days before the tour.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE WE EVER HAD. THEY SENT AN INEXPERIENCED DRIVER IN AN UNSAFE CAR. THEY REFUSE TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY.
Horrible experience. Driver provided had an unsafe vehicle and despite many attempts to contact the company to fix the issue , we had no communication. The car didn’t have workable seat belts and the air conditioner was not properly functioning. The front window of the car had multiple cracks. The Lion Park is a joke. Do not go, especially if not in an all wheel drive vehicle as the company provided. Communication about starting time changed numerous times including sending a note late at night moving up the morning start time. The most important issue is safety and we didn’t feel safe in the car given and the guide was just a driver who had never been to the two things we paid a premium price for.
We spent a very good time at Tala Game reserve where we saw rhino, giraffes, hippo, kudus, antelopes, giraffes and many more animals. A good tour, Tala Game Reserve And Natal Lion Park Safari from Durban
