Overview
You will visiting local market to learn about ingredients , herbs and vegetables and shopping together. Cooking in open air kitchen surrourded with around beautiful garden in the old town.
You will cook Spring rolls, Soup, Stir-fried, Curry paste, Curry, Thai traditional salad and Thai tea.
**You can choose 4 dishes + 1 Curry paste + Sticky rice with mango. (Everyone can make different menu) All dishes can make vegetarian or vegan and you can adjust to make spicy or mild by yourself**
