What To Expect
They will be given an explanation about the importance of the temazcal, its benefits and ancestral uses.
They will do a brief recreational activity that will allow them to connect with their inner being, helping to intention their experience before entering the womb of the earth.
Inside the temazcal there will be songs and rituals that will give us moments of introspection to clarify mind and body; as it was done in pre-Hispanic times. In addition to obtaining the physical benefits, such as detoxification of the body, skin toning, among others. We will be inside for approximately 1 hour 30 minutes.
At the end we will enjoy a small snack and if you like we will share your experience.
Includes cocoa ritual.
