Come and practice Qi gong outdoors, in connection with nature and the seasons, come and strengthen your tone. The magnificent setting of the fountain garden will allow you to amplify your feeling of relaxation and contemplation.
The particularities of the proposed practices are:
Wild Goose Qi Gong, 1700 year old health art, filled with wisdom and movements
invigorating for the body, meditative and soothing for the mind.
The original yang style Taïchi chuan, Martial art with slow and choreographic movements in the search for
the balance of yin and yang from its axis, its verticality.

What To Expect
- Qi gong classes, fundamentals, seasonal and wild goose Qi gong, from initiation to advanced, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.
- Taïchi classes, original yang style, from initiation to advanced, Saturday from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
