The simple race

Our customers can make their reservations by telephone via our call centers, via our website or by using our mobile application.

The first thing to do is to inform the starting point and the point of arrival (the destination).

 Once completed, the client must choose the type of service, namely:

 - A simple race: Transfer from point A to point B.
 - A provision: Our drivers stay with the customer for the desired duration.

Once the type of service chosen, the customer must enter the number of passengers on board (the price does not change if the number increases).

Then the customer must choose the payment method that suits him the most.

Indeed, we make available to our customers several ways to pay the amount of the race to know: Credit card, check or even payments on the spot with the driver.

Once the reservation has been made, the customer will receive a confirmation by e-mail and sms to validate his race.

Our drivers are punctual and demonstrate professionalism. As a result, they move to the starting point provided by the customer when ordering and await his arrival. Our drivers can help customers find them by way of a sign or telephone support.

On board our vehicles you will find:

- magazines / newspapers.
- High speed WIFI.
- Bottles of water.

The services described above are provided free of charge by Yourheat.ma and do not commit the customer to pay additional charges.

Our drivers follow without exception a training to improve their contacts with the customers. As a result, Our professionals speak several languages:

Once the race is over, we call the customers to make sure they have arrived at their destination.
