Don't miss this thrilling new expo of Body Worlds (Körperwelten), celebrating the potential of the human body. The expo displays a varied collection of over 200 specimens, including whole-body plastinates, individual organs, organ configurations, translucent slices, blood vessel configurations, and stages of development.The whole-body plastinates are positioned in life-like poses, such as playing sports and making love, to show visitors how our anatomy works in everyday situations.
Expo Body Worlds contains an interactive "anatomical mirror" that allows visitors to capture their internal reflection in an oversized projection so that they can explore their own body movements and how they are configured in relation to their internal organs. Expo Body Worlds is located only 10 minutes walk from the railway station and from the Market Square in the center of Bruges, Belgium.

BODY WORLDS VITAL is on view in the 19th-century halls of the former city hospital at the Old St. John site (site Oud Sint-Jan), daily until November 5, 2023, and showcases a unique collection of real, human, plastinated specimens that illustrate the body in health and distress, while highlighting its potential, strength and vitality. BODY WORLDS VITAL is part of the collection of BODY WORLDS exhibitions, the most popular touring exhibitions in the world. Worldwide, the pioneering anatomical exhibitions have fascinated more than 53 million visitors in 150 cities.
